Sheep Cheese
A cheese with a beautiful white colour, which is a promise of an excellent taste, with a clearly perceptible, characteristic aroma of sheep’s milk. This mild and semi-hard cheese ripens for about 4 weeks. Everything about it is worked to perfection, making it hard to resist.
Thanks to its semi-hard texture, the sheep’s cheese is very easy to cut. It will go perfectly as a topping on a pizza with pear, walnuts and rocket. In a beetroot salad with balsamic vinegar, it will become a sensation. You can roast it. Alone on toast, sprinkled with coarsely ground pepper. Or as an addition to roast meat or vegetables. Great on savoury toast along with avocado, bacon and maple syrup. How about adding it to your Spanish tapas? On a cheese board, it will go perfectly with nuts, dried plums, aromatic green olives or pickled vegetables. Together with a dry Spanish red wine, they will make the perfect duo.
