BackSheep Farm is a semi-hard cheese made of sheep's milk, characterized by a milky taste and subtle mildness. It has a white color and a pleasant creamy milk smell. Compared to cow dairy, sheep's cheese contains lactose that is better absorbed.
It is perfect for baked dishes and an addition to sandwiches, accompanied by fresh vegetables, it goes well with sweet and light wines.
