Dodoni Halloumi DOP
Halloumi is produced according to the Cypriot traditional cheese-making methods, in accordance with high quality standards in the factory of DODONI in Limassol, Cyprus. With a hint of refreshing mint, it is equally delicious fried, grilled or as is, since the high melting point allows Halloumi to form a delicious golden crust.
It is ideal for barbecuing. Tastes best served hot, as soon as it is removed from the grill or pan. Preferably paired with a light dry white wine, a good rosé wine or beer. It will also make a great accompaniment to salads and starters.
