Frenchi Deli Bleu
Frenchi Deli Bleu is a blue ripened cheese with growth of white mould and overgrowth of blue mould. It is characterised by a moist texture, a mild aroma and a piquant and a little bitter flavour. A source of calcium and protein.
It will enhance the flavour of any dish and can be added to soups and sauces, and baked with vegetables and meat. Also great as a snack and as an addition to a cheese and sausage platter. Its flavour can be enhanced with white wine or light beer.
