Frenchi Deli Bleu is a type of cheese with growth of white mould and overgrowth of blue mould. It has a mild and mushroom aroma aroma and a piquant and characteristic flavour.
The outside is covered with white mould, while the inside is dominated by a light yellow cheese with blue mould. It has a soft texture so it slices easily and can be served on a cheese platter.
