Cheese with Blue Mould
A delicious and creamy cheese inspired by French specialities. Its distinctive, slightly salty and bitter taste is complemented by a characteristic aroma. It surprises with its soft texture and moist velvety interior filled with blue veins, which enhances its flavour and character.
It is made from the high quality cow’s milk, according to strictly observed recipes. Its taste and texture result from the combination of carefully selected ingredients and the ripening process. It is thanks to this that the cheese offers the noble Penicillium Roqueforti mould and cultures of lactic fermentation bacteria and Bifidobacterium BB-12® (from milk). In addition to the delightful taste, its appearance and colour also arouse admiration. It will beautifully present its blue, shiny mould on a cheese board surrounded by other delicacies. Every gourmet will appreciate its distinctive taste, which will find its use in many recipes of French cuisine, as an addition to seafood dishes, it will complete the taste of baked fish, and onion soup will gain a new character by crumbling it on top before serving. It will taste perfect in the traditional combination with dry red wines, especially those with a rich, deep bouquet.
