Cheddar White Mature
Matured for a minimum of nine months, Cheddar White Mature cheese is a classic of taste and deep character. A distinctive light-coloured cheese is characterised by a milky, mature flavour. In such company, it will be a good accompaniment to a dark beer. You can bake it with rough puff pastry and other ingredients, so it will make a perfect snack. As a topping on pizza, it will seduce with its aroma. But… it will also enrich the taste and flavour of fresh salads, giving them a distinctive aroma and taste. Try pairing it with vegetables and your favourite toppings, wrapped in a tortilla. When you pair it with figs or grapes, it will surprise you with a depth of flavour that the wine will further conquer. It complements red wine wonderfully.
