Cheddar Red Dublin Dairy is a semi-hard cheese made from cow milk. It has the distinct aroma of a ripened cheese, and a salty and slightly spicy flavour.
The cheddar is orange thanks to the use of annatto colourant and is a rich source of calcium and protein. Because of its flavour and colour, it pairs perfectly with all fast food dishes, including pizza, grilled cheese, and nachos cheese sauce. Cheddar cheese is made with milk from Irish cows that graze more than 300 days a year.
