Cheddar Irish Porter Beer Cheese
Cheddar with Irish Porter has the distinct flavor of cheddar and the subtle sweetness of dark beer. Mixing light cheese with dark porter gave it a phenomenal marbled effect. The combination of brown, ecru and smooth texture makes Cheddar cheese with Porter look like a gourmet chocolate from an exquisite box of chocolates.
Like other cheddars, it is a semi-hard cheese and slices easily. It is made from cow’s milk, enriched with the addition of notes of dark Porter, so it is enriched with hops extract and barley malt.
