Terms of Reference
Working in this position you will be responsible for:
- Ongoing service for existing clients
- Building business relationships with clients and providing support at every stage of the sales process
- Active acquisition of new clients and development of cooperation with clients in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Creating and presenting the company’s full offer to retail chains
- Regular visits to clients and stores to understand the portfolio, placement of our products and competitor’s products
- Organizing new listings, planning promotions, and proposing actions and activities to improve sales with each client
- Coordinating and supervising the work of junior team members, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and helping them develop professionally
Our expectations
We expect the candidate to:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in a similar position, including business negotiations
- Willingness to develop in the dairy or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of English on min. B2 level – both spoken and written
- Independence and efficiency in performing tasks
- Commitment and willingness to learn
- Driving license
