Privacy and cookies policy of the Administrator’s website

The trust of our users is very important to us. For this reason, we have prepared this document as a source of information on how we collect, use and transfer data as well as on how we use cookies and other technologies throughout the website http://www.dublindairy.com (hereinafter: “Website”).

The Controller of the personal data is us, that is EUROSER Dairy Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – Sp. k., with its registered seat in Warsaw (02-246), ul. Geologiczna 20 (hereinafter: “Controller,” “we”, “us”, “our”).

Collecting and processing personal data

Accessing the Website causes automatic collection of data concerning the User. Such data include: IP address, pages of the Website that are visited, browser type, device operating system, dates, times and frequency of visits, the country and city from which the Website’s accessed, the name and URL address of the displayed file, the website or application of origin (URL address), Internet provider, language. The above types of data may be collected by cookie files, Google Analytics and server logs. These are statistical data on the activity of our Users on the Website and they do not identify individuals. Accessing the Website does not require that Users provide their personal data, unless a User wishes to contact the Controller through the Contact Form (first name, last name, email address) or expresses their will to receive newsletter (email address, first name) as described in Sec. 2 and 3 below.

The data automatically sent to us are processed based on our legitimate interest that is the correct functioning of the Website. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the indicated purposes.

The User’s personal data are stored by us for a period necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

The User’s personal data obtained via the Website, the Contact Form may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: (I) service providers providing the Controller with technological and organisational solutions which enable the management of the Controller’s organisation, including entities managing ICT systems or providing ICT tools to the Controller (in particular providers of ICT services); (II) entities that are equity or personally related with the Controller; (III) the Controller’s partners and employees.

The User is entitled to access their personal data, to rectify, erase and transfer such data, to request limitation of processing and to object to the processing of such data, and in the case of data provided subject to a consent – to withdraw such consent.

The User is also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in a manner and according to the procedure determined in the applicable personal data protection laws, in particular the Polish Personal Data Protection Act, should they find that the above mentioned provisions have been breached by us.

The User’s personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

We ensure the security of personal data provided by Users and guarantee that such data are protected from being accessed by unauthorised persons as well as from other instances of their disclosure, loss and destruction, as well as unauthorised modification of such data and information, by means of applying appropriate technological and organisational security measures.

Cookies and other technologies used throughout the website

Cookie files (“cookies”) are digital data, in particular small text files, stored on the end device of the User and used to navigate the Website. Wpml files concern the language version of the Website; if a User consents to them, the language version they select will be remembered for later visits.

We inform on our use of technologies tracking User activity on our Website in the form of Google Analytics (for analysing the activity of Users on the Website) and Facebook Pixel (for managing Facebook ads and conducting marketing activity).

We will process your personal data (first name, email address) for the purpose of sending you newsletter and subject to your consent to such processing. Marketing information contained in the newsletter may be processed based on the Controller’s legitimate interest.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • service providers providing the Controller with technological and organisational solutions which enable the management of the Controller’s organisation, including entities managing ICT systems or providing ICT tools to the Controller (in particular providers of ICT services);
  • entities that are equity or personally related with the Controller;
  • the Controller’s partners and employees.
