The Maison Rosalie brand offers consumers an authentic taste of France.
Our range of mould and blue cheeses are inspired by traditional cheese making processes practiced on the northern and central plains of France over centuries. Maison Rosalie Brie, Camembert and Blue cheese is made from cows milk high in fat and calcium. Brie and Camembert is aged so that the rind can harden sufficiently while the inside remains soft.
The result is magnifique! A piquant flavour, full bodied aroma and creamy texture.
Consumers find it hard to resist these dancing flavours when the cheese is served by itself, in a cooked dish or simply accompanied with wine.
